Dec-2023… It’s an unforgettable day in our work life. Enjoying time with workmates in a relaxed and fun environment paved us the way for an honest and open discussion and entrusting each other. We all were having fun and became more creative and open-minded. The program was a fascinating break from our daily monotonous routines and of course, brought a vivid energy to the entire faculty group..

Our Placement Officer Mr.Vivek had done a splendid job in planning engaging activities that not only aimed at a sense of recreation but also fostered camaraderie among the peer groups. He also made the entire audience group speechless by delivering a fabulous speech about how to handle stress and lead a stress-free life. Then it was followed by a variety of games and fun-filled interactive sessions that allowed everyone to unwind and connect on a personal level. All such game sessions were not just merely for fun. Indeed, they were ultimatelydesigned to make us realize some vital themes behind them such as the communication gap in the working scenario, the importance of prompt decision-making skills, the significance of humanity, etc.

The event was further highlighted and twinkled by Mrs. Padmasubha’s humorous speech, followed by Mr. Marimurugan’s mesmerizing song, Mr. Vahab, and Mr.Sundharesan’s stunning dance programs..

Furthermore, the thoughtful interpolation of light-hearted elements and birthday surprises added an extra touch to the enjoyment. Game of Charades and Treasure Hunt added spice to the enthralling moments that made the faculties forget their age, roles, and any such limiting sorts and conversely, engrossing them deep into the games to win. Meticulous consideration went into ensuring that the event catered to various interests, making it a genuine comprehensive experience.

By the end of the wellness program, the air was filled with herculean energy which made us promote the exchange of ideas and better collaborations. Ultimately, it led to job satisfaction and a healthy atmosphere. In addition to the amusing activities, the program's smooth execution was commendable. The organizers' diligence, from logistics to total staff engagement, rendered to a resounding success and memorable event. We all whole heartedly thank our imperial management, beloved Principal, and the prudent organizing committee for rejuvenating all the staff members to such a great extent and helping us find our inner hidden talents as well.
